We want you to love your new products just as much as we do…
But in the event of a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us at email@example.com within three days of receiving your order. If the order is damaged, please attach a photo of the product and a description of the damage incurred.
We also accept unopened, unused products for store credit within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us as soon as you decide to return an order and we will instruct you as to how to do so. We do not credit the cost of shipping incurred by the customer, solely the cost of the product.
Returned product deemed to be damaged shall be replaced at the discretion of The Shop Around the Corner. Customers must obtain a Return Goods Authorization Number prior to returning products. Returns shall not be accepted after 30 days of purchase.
Once your return is received, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your credit will then be processed for future purchases.
